BIM & Smart Cities

BIM

BIM (Building Information Modeling) aims to manage the design, construction and operation processes of a structure within an integrated digital model. All stakeholders such as architects, engineers and contractors working using the same model provides transparency and coordination throughout the project phases.

1

Design Stages and Project Planning

From concept design to detail drawings, BIM structures create a common language by bringing together conflicting designs from different disciplines on a single platform. By integrating all sub-disciplines such as electrical, mechanical and plumbing projects, communication within the project is strengthened.

2

Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) Applications

BIM models, when combined with VR/AR technologies, allow stakeholders to experience a project before it’s built. Clients or managers can digitally “walk” through the structure and examine design details in real time.

3

Benefits of 3D Modeling

3D models include not only the physical properties of the structure but also the project schedule, cost information, material components and sustainability data. This multi-dimensional dataset allows you to quickly and accurately revise projects, detect potential errors in advance and control budgets.

4

Construction Process Monitoring

During construction, BIM models guide the material supply and work planning processes. Information such as which material will be delivered when, which team will do which task on which day, is matched with the digital model, providing great convenience in field management.

5

Sustainability Analysis

Sustainability parameters such as energy consumption, carbon footprint, material recycling are tracked within BIM models. These analyses also guide preparation for green building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.).

6

Integration and Data Sharing

Our BIM systems integrate with photogrammetry and LiDAR data to create the most accurate digital replica of an existing site or structure. This allows field measurements to be compared with design models in real time, enabling quick correction of errors.

7

Maintenance and Operation Period

BIM is not limited to the construction phase; it continues to produce value throughout the life of the building. The location and technical information of all systems (mechanical, electrical, security, etc.) within the building are kept up-to-date, thus making maintenance, repair or renovation work fast and low-cost.

8

BIM Consulting and Training

We provide consultancy and training support to companies or institutions that want to switch to BIM application in all processes. We are with you in all stages from software selection to organizational changes, from data management to project management, and we make your transition process smooth.

Smart Cities

Smart cities refer to the integrated management of infrastructure and services with technology. It aims to increase the sustainability of cities by effectively using big data in areas such as transportation, energy, water and waste management. This vision aims for future generations to live in more comfortable and safer cities.

Data

Data Collection and Sensor Integration

In smart cities, data comes continuously from sensors, cameras, smartphone applications and many other sources. The right system architecture and strong GIS infrastructure are required to manage real-time data flow. Our company designs these integrated data collection systems and creates management panels.

Disaster and Emergency Coordination

In natural disasters such as earthquakes, floods, and fires, pre-planned scenarios and real-time data flow are of vital importance. Our smart city platforms support rapid decision-making mechanisms on critical issues such as risk analysis, evacuation routes, and emergency communication networks.

Intelligent Transportation and Traffic Management

Especially in big cities, the efficiency of transportation networks directly affects the quality of life. Many information such as traffic density, road works, accidents and public transportation routes can be analyzed with smart algorithms and correct directions can be provided to drivers or passengers. In this way, fuel, time and emission savings are achieved.

Environment and Sustainability

Environmental issues such as air quality monitoring, waste recycling and green space management are among the most important components of smart cities. With our data-driven management approach, we develop innovative applications to reduce carbon emissions, control city heat and protect natural resources.

Resource Management and Energy Efficiency

Smart lighting, smart water network and energy distribution systems perform instant consumption and need analyses at every point of the city. Thus, excessive consumption is prevented and resources are directed to the right channels. Our company produces effective solutions by bringing together GIS, IoT and big data analytics in such projects.

Citizen Participation and Mobile Services

Active participation of city residents in governance is essential for the success of smart cities. Through mobile applications and interactive platforms, citizens can instantly report road problems, access municipal services or easily submit their complaints. This approach increases participatory democracy as well as service quality.

Cyber Security and Data Protection

With the integration of technology, data security becomes of great importance. We create comprehensive security protocols and backup systems to protect critical infrastructure data such as healthcare, transportation, and energy against cyber attacks.

Continuous Improvement and Change Management

Smart city projects are not a one-time investment; they are a transformation process that requires continuity. As technologies develop rapidly, regulations and social needs also change. For this reason, we offer an efficient transition and continuous improvement strategy to city management and support them practically with regular training.
